  • You will also have the opportunity to be a central interface and driving force in internal communication within the "Business Digital, Strategy & Enablement" division. You will take on responsible tasks and actively contribute your expertise to disseminate our messages concisely, creatively, and tailored to our target groups.
  • Actively designing and maintaining our communication channels, you manage everything from vibrant community engagement to conceiving and creating compelling newsletters, and crafting captivating posts that engage our target audiences.
  • Bringing your creativity and tech affinity, you support us in creating and editing forward-looking content. Specifically, you utilize innovative AI tools like Synthesia to produce video content and further advance our communication strategy.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating our central knowledge database, you ensure that information is always current and easily accessible.
  • Your keen eye for appealing graphic design and your excellent graphic skills will make complex content understandable and convincing, as you conceptualize and create high-quality and visually impressive documents for the Board and C-Level.
  • Furthermore, you will actively participate in the conception, organization, and moderation of interactive workshops, webinars, and training sessions to impart knowledge and foster participant exchange.

Qualifikationen

  • Education: studies in the field of Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, or a comparable with advanced studies
  • Experience and Knowledge: demonstrable and relevant experience in corporate communications, ideally with a strong focus on change management, community management, and social media; practical experience in content creation using applications like Synthesia; familiarity with documentation and knowledge management systems; sound knowledge of graphic design (especially PowerPoint at a high level); experience in creating documentation and workshop design; proficient in using MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Personality and Working Practice: you are a communication talent characterized by a hands-on mentality and an affinity for AI; your approach is marked by proactivity, structure, and a strong sense of personal responsibility; you're a proactive thinker who actively contributes.
  • Enthusiasm: affinity for AI tools; interest in digital technologies
  • Languages: fluent in German and very good in English

Duration: 12 months – 15 h/week
