About the Role

Company Description

Pay: Up to £13 per hour

Shifts: Waking Nights 20:30 - 08:15. (You must be able to work days for shadowing shifts 08:00 - 16:30)

What you’ll do

This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your skills and join our team as a Complex Care Assistant. You’ll receive full training and ongoing clinical support to develop expertise in areas such as tracheostomy care, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.

We provide person-centred care to individuals with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other complex needs within their own homes. No two days are the same — but every day you’ll make a real difference while developing your knowledge and confidence.

What you'll need

Experience in complex care is required for this position, specifically in tracheostomy care.
