We are looking for a determined, high-energy, well-organized Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base and strengthen relationships throughout the Livermore, California region.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Gain and maintain strong understanding of dental laboratory products, digital dentistry workflows, scanning systems, implants, and prosthetic solutions
  • Use in person visits, presentations, demos, and follow-up to grow revenue and market share
  • Leverage selling skills, marketing campaigns, and technical insight to generate opportunities
  • Meet and exceed assigned revenue goals, activity metrics, and territory targets. Track sales activities, progress, and pipeline through CRM tools
  • Work as a liaison between dental practices and the laboratory, ensuring clear communication and seamless service
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape, and provide insights to leadership
  • Collaborate closely with internal lab team to support customer needs and resolve issues
  • All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-5 years of business to business outside sales experience, preferably within the dental, medical device, or healthcare services field
  • Proven history of achieving sales quotas and building a territory
  • Previous experience selling to dental offices, dental labs and medical professionals
  • Familiarity with digital workflows, intraoral scanners, implants, or cosmetic restorative dentistry
  • Strong budget development, oversight and sales management skills
  • Strong written/oral communication and a customer-first mindset
  • Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) preferred
  • Ability to travel and navigate the surrounding area of the assigned territory, accommodating overnight stays as needed
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a company MVR check
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

Additional Information

Expected base salary range of $55,000 to 65,000 plus uncapped eligibility for commissions. Salary is based on level of experience and relevant skills.
