Summary
The Growth Marketing Manager - Account Performance is responsible for driving revenue growth, retention, and lifetime value across Keep Supply’s customer base. This role owns account-level performance strategy end-to-end, with a specific focus on designing, operating, and scaling our loyalty program, Keep Pro.
You will define how we grow accounts over time—through smarter segmentation, targeted incentives, pricing and promotion strategies, and loyalty mechanics—while partnering closely with Sales, Portfolio, and Technology to execute.
This is a highly strategic role with hands-on ownership of programs that directly impact revenue.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Account Performance Strategy
- Own the strategy for improving account-level performance, including revenue growth, retention, repeat purchase behavior, and customer lifetime value.
- Develop and manage customer segmentation models to tailor incentives, pricing strategies, and engagement by account type.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and translate insights into scalable programs.
- Define KPIs and performance dashboards to track account health and program impact.
Keep Pro Loyalty Program
- Own the vision, roadmap, and performance of the Keep Pro loyalty program.
- Design loyalty mechanics (tiers, benefits, rewards, incentives) that drive measurable behavior change and long-term retention.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Technology, Customer Service, and PMO to launch, test, and iterate program features.
- Ensure Keep Pro aligns with sales strategy, pricing models, and customer experience goals.
- Work with Key Account and Corporate sales leadership to pitch and pursue target accounts with custom-tailored solutions.
- Measure ROI of loyalty initiatives and continuously optimize based on data.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Sales to align account strategies with field execution and customer needs.
- Work closely within Marketing to develop targeted campaigns, promotions, and lifecycle messaging.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Technology to ensure loyalty and account initiatives are operationally feasible and scalable.
- Serve as the internal expert on customer performance economics and loyalty strategy.
Analytics & Optimization
- Use data to identify trends, test hypotheses, and inform decision-making.
- Own experimentation around incentives, promotions, and loyalty benefits.
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations for executive leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B revenue, growth, loyalty, or account strategy roles.
- Experience owning or scaling a loyalty or customer retention program (B2B preferred).
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, pricing strategies, and customer economics.
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels.
- Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud experience preferred.
- Google Analytics 4 experience.
- Background in distribution, e-commerce and/or hybrid sales models preferred.
