About the Role

Description

  

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and executing all people related functions at the local facility. The manager will work closely with senior leadership and partner with HR/EHS staff to implement strategic goals, drive change, and support the operations team. The role will report to the Vice President of Human Resources. 


   Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the CARE values of the organization.
  • Collaborate with the VP of HR and broad HR team to assure alignment and drive initiatives.
  • Actively coach and participate in employee relations matters and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Lead and implement strategies to align with talent initiatives and workforce planning. 
  • In conjunction with talent acquisition, manage, facilitate, and support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process of new      team members.
  • Analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent management and effective engagement. 
  • Utilize data driven insights to drive KPI’s and make strategic adjustments. 
  • Coordinate with the HR team to ensure consistent execution of HR policies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment-related laws and advise managers on policy matters, best practices, and recommend changes as needed.
  • Proactively drive positive employee engagement and support the CARE initiatives of the organization. 
  • Actively maintain and support HRIS.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources  or a related field with 5 years of progressive HR experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience are considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
  • PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
