Summary:
For over 40 years, Dean Mead has been providing exceptional legal services to businesses and individuals across Florida. Dean Mead is seeking a full-time Receptionist, based out of our Vero Beach office.
This role serves as the first impression of the Vero Beach office, welcoming clients and setting the tone for every interaction. Given our estate planning practice and high level of client contact, the Receptionist must demonstrate exceptional professionalism, discretion, patience, and attentiveness.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
· Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
· Manage the reception area, conference rooms, and break room, including keeping them tidy and organized.
· Monitor office equipment and supplies, and submit inventories to Office Manager.
· Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
· Prepare and distribute correspondence, mail, and faxes.
· Assist Attorneys and Paralegals with administrative tasks as needed.

Education and Experience:
· Minimum of 2+ years’ relevant administrative and reception experience (Required), in a law firm or other professional services firm (Preferred).
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and PDF (Required). Experience with document management softwares (Preferred).
· Typing minimum of 75 wpm (Required).
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
Work Environment:
· This position reports to work in-person at our Vero Beach office.
