About the Role

WE ARE HIRING!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Loan Servicing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of loan files submitted for audit, supporting compliance with agency requirements. Your attention to detail and effective time management skills will be essential in maintaining the integrity of our loan documentation process and supporting timely audits.


In This Role, You Will:

  • Upload complete loan files requested for audit in the required order for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, all MI companies, and Plains Capital Bank (WA)
  • Manage missing document requests by initiating inquiries with lenders, following up diligently, and ensuring all documents are uploaded
  • Maintain organized records of all uploads and correspondence related to audit requests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues identified
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and deadlines for loan documentation submissions
  • Other job duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two plus years’ experience in loan servicing and compliance preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with lenders and internal teams
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet strict deadlines.
