Heartline Staffing is representing a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving a 50-town rural region across western New York and Pennsylvania.

This is a full-spectrum outpatient Family Medicine position providing care to patients of all ages, with a strong emphasis on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and continuity of care.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$280,000 – Five-day clinic schedule
$250,000 – Four-day clinic schedule
Compensation negotiable based on experience

M.D. or D.O. from an Accredited Medical School
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Licensed or Eligible for Licensure in Pennsylvania and/or New York
