The Residential Counselor will provide direct support to individuals with Brain Injury or behavioral conditions in a residential setting, focusing on building independence skills and improving quality of life. Duties include administering medication, implementing treatment plans, assisting with daily living activities like chores and cooking, and providing community transportation.

- High school diploma or GED required. A bachelor's degree in a Human Services related field is preferred.
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities, behavioral conditions and/or brain injury strongly preferred.
- Strong time management and writing skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and have a current, valid, US drivers' license for at least one year.
- Must be able to become CPR, First Aid certified within 2 weeks of employment and MAP certified within 150 days of employment.
- Must be able to successfully pass a CORI, reference, national fingerprinting and driving record check.
