Job Description:

- Oversee the daily operations of residential, commercial, or industrial properties.
- Ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with regulations.
- Manage tenant relations, including handling inquiries, complaints, and lease agreements.
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and renovations with contractors and vendors.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Collect rent, manage accounts, and prepare financial reports for property owners.
- Market vacant units, screen prospective tenants, and facilitate move-in/move-out processes.
- Maintain accurate records of leases, maintenance requests, and financial transactions.
- Develop and implement policies to maximize occupancy and profitability.
- Stay updated on local property laws, regulations, and market trends.
