Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate events, client engagements, and internal functions. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels in coordination, communication, and delivering exceptional event experiences. The Events Assistant will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event operations from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing company events, meetings, and corporate functions

  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and service providers to secure necessary arrangements

  • Manage event logistics including scheduling, materials preparation, and on-site support

  • Track budgets, process invoices, and maintain accurate event documentation

  • Support marketing and operations teams with event-related materials and communications

  • Ensure all events reflect company standards of professionalism and brand consistency

  • Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare summary reports
