Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our Birmingham team. This role is ideal for individuals who are driven, analytical, and eager to develop strong client management skills within a professional business environment.
As a Junior Account Representative, you will support account management initiatives, maintain client relationships, and contribute to the execution of strategic growth plans. This position offers hands-on exposure to client development, performance tracking, and business operations.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing and maintaining client accounts
Build and nurture professional relationships with clients and partners
Support senior account managers in executing strategic initiatives
Monitor account performance and prepare reports
