About the Role
As Senior Manager, you are responsible for the success of our client engagements and programs. Your experience and skill in client services ensures that we not only meet, but exceed, client expectations. Your expert understanding of strategy, customer experience design, and technology means you are able to independently lead cross-functional teams.
You are an expert at identifying innovation opportunities, defining strategies, understanding client needs, and delivering on those scenarios. You will use your experience and Konrad’s Design Thinking Process to solve complex business problems and you will guide our clients through early brainstorming, the creation of impactful end user experiences, through to technical delivery. The ideal candidate will bring to the table a demonstrable experience in leading large cross-functional teams and mentoring team members.
What You’ll Do
- You will hold the role of Engagement Lead on some of our most important projects and programs
- You will be responsible for leading engagement and program processes including, but not limited to, budget, scope, timelines, organization, resourcing, implementation, and risk management
- Manage cross-functional team members to success, ensuring the team understands and meets the project or program vision
- Key point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and implementing resolution of project or program level issues independently
- Proactively and independently look to solve problems and identify opportunities for improvement
- Lead experience design thinking workshops with our clients
- Play the lead role of understanding and interpreting our clients’ business challenges and goals and working with our design and technology teams to deliver elegant user experiences
- Be a design and technology thought leader on existing and emerging technology trends
- Be a mentor to members of our global team
Qualifications
- Minimum 6-7 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years of client services experience
- A solid understanding of complex management, strategy, business, and finance processes
- Superior organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with strong presentation ability
- Proven history of leading multiple complex projects and programs simultaneously
- Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to influence others and build cohesiveness across diverse individual skills and styles
- A deep understanding of existing and emerging design, project management processes, and technology
- Strong track record of client services
- Experience in mentoring and growing team members

The estimated compensation for this position is $150,000 to $180,000. This is an estimate and a compensation offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities and alignment with market data.
