Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
  • Conduct client needs assessments to understand their financial goals and objectives.
  • Present and promote financial products and services tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent customer service.
  • Achieve sales targets and performance metrics as defined by management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong sales aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to learn CRM software
Compensation StructureCommission + Draw

We offer a competitive draw against commission during your ramp-up period.

Earning Potential:

  • Months 1–6: $10,000–$40,000
  • Months 6–12: $40,000–$80,000
  • Year 2: $80,000–$200,000
  • Years 3+: $150,000–$400,000+

Top Performers: $400,000–$600,000+ annually
Team Leaders: $1,000,000+ annually
