Summary: As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of food orders to customers. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service by delivering orders accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with the kitchen staff and servers to ensure a smooth and seamless dining experience for our Members. This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, however, other duties may be assigned.
- Deliver food orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure a smooth dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food delivery area
- Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues
Requirements
Qualification Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy weight
- Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines
- Full range of mobility, including reaching overhead and performing repetitive motions
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
