REQUIRED – READ BEFORE APPLYING

• Active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in New York – Required
• Must be fully licensed at time of application (no pending licensure)
• Must be able to work one evening per week until 7:00 PM
• Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of Gloversville, NY (hybrid schedule available after onboarding)

Only candidates with an active NY LMHC license will be reviewed.

PRACTICE MODEL

• Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 4x10 Schedule
• Hybrid Schedule Available
• One evening per week required (until 7 PM)
• Outpatient Behavioral Health Setting
• Individual, Family, and Group Counseling
• Collaborative Interdisciplinary Care Team
