We are looking for a driven, team player who is passionate about providing exceptional service as aKitchen Lead. The Kitchen Lead assists the Kitchen Manager in managing the preparation of fooditems, inventory, ordering and daily kitchen operations in a high-volume restaurant/bowling andentertainment center.

A Day in the Life of a Shift Lead
As a Kitchen Lead, you'll begin each shift with a team huddle to set daily goals and priorities.Throughout the day, you'll assist with making orders, food prep, and guiding the kitchen team tomaintain quality and efficiency. You'll manage inventory, monitor food costs, and address challenges tokeep operations running smoothly. At the end of the shift, you'll review performance, ensure cleaningtasks are completed, and share updates with management.

- Provide leadership to the kitchen team, ensuring smooth operations and alignment withmanagement objectives.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency, quality, and adherenceto established recipes and standards.

- Ensure all kitchen equipment is maintained, clean, and operational through routine inspectionsand preventative measures.

Requirements
Job Requirements
Candidates should have prior leadership experience in food service and possess a food handler'spermit before starting employment. Completion of job safety training is required, along with the abilityto lead effectively by modeling composure, fostering teamwork, and upholding core leadershipprinciples. A personable yet professional demeanor is essential for success in this role.
