Intown Golf Club is the premier private social club and lifestyle brand for people that appreciate the game of golf. IGC is currently seeking a prep cook to join the team, uphold the core values of IGC, and foster a culture of service excellence.

Prep Cook Responsibilities

  • Have a thorough knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, recipes, and preparation methods.
  • Thorough station set-up, breakdown, and line checks.
  • Execute all cooking responsibilities for prep shifts, include consistent execution of recipes in the following areas:
  • Meat/Fish fabrication
  • Sauces
  • Baking
  • Vegetable Prep
  • Maintains sufficient par levels and back-ups at all times.
  • Uphold Intown Golf Club standards of quality and freshness.
  • Know and follow all applicable State and County food safety and Health Department standards.
  • Assists all other employees, whenever possible, with any tasks necessary for effective guest focused restaurant operation.
  • Expected to have honest, open communication with staff, managers and owners.
