Job Description
The Business Development Representative will play a critical role in expanding SkillBridge Academy’s presence by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and supporting revenue growth initiatives. This position requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.
You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop outreach strategies, manage client relationships, and represent the academy with professionalism and confidence.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, educational partners, and community organizations
Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities
Present SkillBridge Academy’s programs and value proposition to prospective partners
Support contract negotiations and partnership agreements
Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and partnership activities
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align growth initiatives
Meet and exceed defined performance and revenue targets
Qualifications
