Job Description

The Business Development Representative will play a critical role in expanding SkillBridge Academy’s presence by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and supporting revenue growth initiatives. This position requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.

You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop outreach strategies, manage client relationships, and represent the academy with professionalism and confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships

  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, educational partners, and community organizations

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities

  • Present SkillBridge Academy’s programs and value proposition to prospective partners

  • Support contract negotiations and partnership agreements

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and partnership activities

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align growth initiatives

  • Meet and exceed defined performance and revenue targets
