Job Description

Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Promotions Assistant to support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns. The Promotions Assistant will work closely with campaign managers and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of promotional activities and consistent brand presentation.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and coordination of promotional campaigns and events
Support on-site promotional activities and brand representation
Coordinate logistics, materials, and scheduling for campaigns
Maintain accurate records of campaign performance and reporting
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging
Provide administrative support related to promotional initiatives
Monitor campaign timelines and ensure deadlines are met
