Job Description
1. Operational Exposure
- Rotate through all F&B outlets (Restaurant, Bar, Banquet Operations, In-Room Dining).
- Understand and follow service standards and brand guidelines.
- Assist in daily outlet briefings and operational set-up.
- Support service during peak periods.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly and professionally to guest needs.
2. Guest Experience
- Deliver exceptional and personalized service.
- Build positive guest relationships.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints under supervision.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
3. Leadership Development
- Assist Supervisors and Managers in daily operations.
- Participate in team training sessions and role plays.
- Learn scheduling, manpower planning, and cost control basics.
- Support monthly inventory and stock control processes.
4. Financial & Administrative Learning
- Understand revenue reports and basic P&L structure.
- Assist in monitoring outlet expenses and wastage.
- Learn purchasing procedures and cost control practices.
- Support preparation of reports as assigned.
5. Compliance & Standards
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations.
- Follow hotel grooming and appearance standards.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in hospitality.
- Strong passion for Food & Beverage operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
