Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Promotions Assistant to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.
The Marketing & Promotions Assistant will work closely with senior marketing professionals to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently, on time, and aligned with company objectives.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns
Support the development of promotional materials and marketing assets
Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning
Coordinate logistics for promotional events and brand activations
Maintain organized records of campaign performance and prepare performance reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment
Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
