Job Description
Elevare Branding is seeking a professional and motivated Call Center Agent to join our Tampa office. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between our clients and their customers, delivering accurate information, resolving inquiries, and maintaining high service standards. Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and clarity
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and client offerings
Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions
Address inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups in a timely manner
Meet daily and weekly performance goals
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
