About the Role

The Process Engineer is responsible for developing and executing technical and process plans that support production and new product implementation. This role drives continuous improvement initiatives, ensures process quality planning, optimizes process efficiency, reduces waste, and supports system and process enhancements to improve the cost and performance of Bobobox products.

What you will do:

  • Conduct detailed design and produce engineering drawings.

  • Develop and refine manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.

  • Collaborate to identify and resolve production process issues, minimizing downtime and defects.

  • Develop and refine process improvement initiatives, including the implementation of new methods, tools, and technologies.

  • Ensure all processes meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Create detailed records of drawing, technical specifications, process changes, P-FMEA, SOPs, including developing control plan & work instructions.

  • Provide technical guidance and training to the production department.

  • Maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) & build processes for Bobobox products.

  • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, government requirements, and company HSE policies and procedures.

You will fit in this job if you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Process Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Process Engineering.

  • Willing to have a full WFO scheme in Bandung.

  • Good understanding of design validation processes, including quantitative and qualitative analysis throughout the Engineering Development Process (EDP).

  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles with solid capability in technical drawing, particularly Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes, especially metal and wood fabrication.

  • Proficiency in 3D model design using CAD software.

  • Familiarity with Design FMEA (D-FMEA) and proficiency in Process FMEA (P-FMEA).

  • Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC).

  • Demonstrated portfolio or examples of process improvement initiatives and structured problem-solving.
