What You’ll Do 


Lead & Support the Market 

· Help drive overall market performance and revenue growth for Clipp 

· Serve as the local point of leadership when corporate leadership is not on-site 

· Support execution of company initiatives and sales objectives 

· Maintain strong communication between the local market and corporate teams 

Coach & Influence Sales Performance 

· Provide mentorship and support to sales representatives 

· Assist with strategy development for key accounts and prospecting efforts 

· Help reinforce daily and weekly activity standards to drive consistency 

· Contribute to a high-performance, collaborative culture 

Maintain & Grow Your Book of Business 

· Manage and grow your existing portfolio of clients 

· Continue selling digital and integrated marketing solutions 

· Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to key clients 

· Lead by example in consultative selling and retention 

Drive Multi-Channel Marketing Solutions 

· Support campaigns integrating paid social, digital advertising, advanced audience targeting, and precision direct mail 

· Utilize analytics and reporting tools to ensure measurable ROI 

· Help ensure clients receive strategic, data-driven marketing programs
