Your Impact

As Senior Director, Professional Services Delivery for MEA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how OpenText delivers transformational solutions to customers across the region. You will lead high-performing delivery teams, ensure predictable revenue and margin performance, and strengthen executive relationships with strategic clients.

This role sits at the intersection of customer success, commercial performance, and operational excellence. You will influence how we scale delivery, manage complex programs, and elevate the overall customer experience — while supporting OpenText’s AI-first strategy and digital transformation vision.

Your leadership will directly impact customer trust, regional growth, and long-term business sustainability.

What the Role Offers

  • Ownership of Professional Services delivery performance across the region
  • Leadership of a regional team of Project and Program Managers
  • Close partnership with Sales and Practice leaders on scoping, bid reviews, and resource planning
  • Visibility with senior customer stakeholders and internal executive leadership
  • Opportunity to standardize and enhance delivery governance, forecasting, and margin discipline
  • The chance to drive innovation in delivery practices as AI becomes increasingly embedded in enterprise implementations

This is a high-impact regional leadership role with both strategic influence and operational accountability.

What You Need to Succeed

We recognize that talent comes in many forms. If you bring most of the following, we’d love to hear from you:

  • Significant experience leading enterprise software Professional Services delivery
  • Strong commercial acumen, including forecasting, revenue ownership, and margin management
  • Experience managing distributed, multi-country teams
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer engagements and executive escalations
  • Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Delivery, and Technical Practices
  • Experience driving operational improvements and delivery governance
  • PMP or equivalent project management expertise is beneficial but not mandatory

Most importantly, you are a people-centered leader who can balance execution discipline with strategic vision.
