Job Purpose
Support CGC’s digital transformation by collecting, structuring, and analyzing data to produce
accurate reports, dashboards, and insights that enable data-driven decisions across CGC products
and operations. The role ensures data quality, consistency, and timely delivery of analytics
outputs to internal stakeholders.
ACCOUNTIBILITIES
Accuracy of published reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
Timely delivery of recurring and ad-hoc reports according to agreed SLAs.
Compliance with data governance, confidentiality, and information security policies.
Proper documentation of data sources, transformations, and report logic.
Escalation and follow-up of data quality issues until resolution.
Effective communication of findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Position Requirements
Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Statistics / Computer Science / Information Systems /
Engineering / Economics or related quantitative field.
Special Certification or Training Required:
· Preferred: Certification in data analysis / BI (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, SQL, data analytics).
· Training in basic statistics, data visualization, and database concepts is an advantage.
Required Industry Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or reporting, preferably
in financial services, banking, or related sectors
· Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
· Ability to translate business questions into data requirements and analytical tasks.
· Good understanding of basic statistics and KPIs.
· Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize under time pressure.
· Clear and concise communication skills, including the ability to present findings visually and verbally.
· Team player who collaborates effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
