Job Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Ethicon products to hospitals in your assigned area.
  • Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff.
  • Provide product information and training to healthcare professionals.
  • Support doctors during surgeries by guiding on product usage when needed.
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow market share.
  • Plan and manage your territory to achieve sales goals.
  • Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.

Job Requirements

  • Preferably Degree in Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in medical devices (preferably wound closure or sutures).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working in hospitals and operating rooms.
  • Able to attend ad-hoc cases.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Good understanding of surgical products and procedures.
  • Willing to travel within Klang Valley and occasionally beyond.
