Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Ethicon products to hospitals in your assigned area.
- Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff.
- Provide product information and training to healthcare professionals.
- Support doctors during surgeries by guiding on product usage when needed.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow market share.
- Plan and manage your territory to achieve sales goals.
- Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
Job Requirements
- Preferably Degree in Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in medical devices (preferably wound closure or sutures).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in hospitals and operating rooms.
- Able to attend ad-hoc cases.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Good understanding of surgical products and procedures.
- Willing to travel within Klang Valley and occasionally beyond.
