Job Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance for Oncology/Hematology portfolio in Northern Malaysia (e.g., Penang, Kedah, Ipoh, Kelantan).
  • Promote clinical pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals through strategic engagement.
  • Support the broader sales team in achieving regional and national sales targets.
  • Lead product launch strategies and ensure successful market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in hospitals and clinics.
  • Monitor territory performance and proactively identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide scientific and clinical insights to support product positioning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Based in Penang, covering Northern region (e.g., Penang, Kedah, Ipoh, Kelantan).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or clinical sales.
  • Proven ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biomedicine, or related field.
  • Experience in new product launches within the pharma industry.
  • Strong understanding of clinical sales and healthcare systems.
  • Background in Oncology or Hematology is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, partner engagement, and territory management skills.
