Job Title: Unilever Leadership Internship Programme - Human Resources

Location: Unilever Campus, Singapore

Internship Period: 13 July 2026 to 31 December 2026

The long-awaited Unilever Leadership Internship Programme (ULIP) – your gateway to a transformative internship experience, is finally here! Unlock your potential with our Human Resource Internship, where you'll immerse yourself at one of the world’s largest consumer goods companies, with more than 400 brands such as Sunsilk, Lifebuoy, Comfort, LUX and Knorr.

As a HR Intern, you'll be given an opportunity to contribute to the HR business goals while working with highly experienced business leaders and teams. HR supports and develops Unilever's most important asset – our people – by enabling them to deliver outstanding business performance. In HR, you're not just a part of the Unilever culture; you help create it.

We seek dynamic and passionate students, who are ready to leave their mark on this exciting voyage, where you'll not just contribute but truly 'own' projects alongside seasoned business leaders and teams.

Selection Process:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Internship period: 13 Jul 2026 to 31 Dec 2026

  • Eligible applicants must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program; fresh graduates are not eligible for an internship

  • Commitment of a minimum of 3 days a week. (Full time commitment preferred)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced & results driven environment with a strong appetite for success.

  • Proactive and willing to take on new challenges

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written & verbal
