Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Service Account Coordinator to join our Dallas team. This role is central to maintaining strong client relationships, supporting account operations, and ensuring service delivery meets the highest standards. Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Coordinate service requests and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
Monitor account performance and maintain detailed records and documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and resolve inquiries
Prepare reports, updates, and account summaries for management and clients
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery
Maintain consistent communication to strengthen long-term client relationships
