We are seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our welcoming group homes across Ryde, Eastwood, Denistone, Epping, Macquarie Park, Marsfield, and surrounding areas.

In this role, you will provide compassionate, person-centered support across a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight awake shifts. Our 24/7 operation ensures clients receive consistent, high-quality care in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalised support in a group home setting (with the possibility of occasional work in Lifestyle/day programs).

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including mealtimes, personal care, medication administration, and manual handling using appropriate equipment and aids.

  • Support clients to engage in and participate in their communities.

  • Encourage clients to make their own choices and build skills for greater independence.

  • Monitor client well-being and report on their progress.

  • Support clients with transport, including driving the CPA minivan.

  • Contribute to a fun, dynamic, and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • Availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week (20–25 hours). Additional hours (30+) are available for those who wish to work more.

  • A current NSW Driver’s Licence (P2 minimum).

  • Experience in a support role, such as disability support, nursing, assistant in nursing, or aged care.
