Over the past decade, TaskForce has produced some of the most ambitious and high-impact experiential campaigns in the country ranging from political and cultural events like Hotties for Harris and the Hope Campaign, to tours and activations for leading nonprofits such as the League of Conservation Voters and March for Our Lives. We’ve activated brand experiences for T-Mobile, MTV, and YouTube, and partnered with state and local governments on civic campaigns such as LA vs. Hate and Safer at Work.
We are also recognized as one of the largest producers of public art in the country, designing and installing massive-scale, high-visibility projects that engage communities, transform public spaces, and spark cultural conversations.
About This Role
TaskForce is seeking a Creative Activation & Experiential Producer to lead bold, culture-shaping real-world campaigns — including citywide visibility efforts, immersive installations, public art activations, and influencer-driven moments.
This is a highly creative, field-forward role focused on producing IRL stunts, layered urban campaigns, pop-ups, projections, and creator-powered experiences that generate earned media and social momentum.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Events & Experiential Marketing, this producer will transform ambitious ideas into visible, culturally resonant executions that live powerfully both on the street and online.
The ideal candidate understands that great activations don’t just exist — they travel. They spark press, pull influencers in organically, and become part of the cultural conversation.
Urban Visibility & Field Activation
- Develop and execute integrated citywide visibility campaigns that may include wildposting, wheatpaste runs, mobile activations, pop-ups, projections, and coordinated street team deployments.
- Recruit, train, and manage street teams to execute flyering waves, merch drops, interactive installations, and rapid-response activations.
- Identify culturally relevant neighborhoods, placements, and moments to maximize impact.
- Coordinate print production, vendor management, installation logistics, and field documentation.
- Ensure messaging consistency, brand integrity, and operational discipline in the field.
Culture-First Media & Influencer Engagement
- Creator-led pop-ups and surprise guest moments.
- Press-preview walkthroughs of immersive installations.
- Limited-time public art drops designed for Instagram and TikTok virality.
- Projection takeovers timed to major events or cultural flashpoints.
- Interactive public installations that encourage user-generated content.
IRL Stunts & Experiential Production
- Produce headline-generating public activations and immersive builds.
- Manage permitting, fabrication, installation, staffing, and run-of-show.
- Work closely with artists, designers, fabricators, AV teams, and city agencies.
- Ensure creative integrity while maintaining production discipline.
Budgeting & Operational Excellence
- Build and manage budgets across experiential campaigns and field activations.
- Source and negotiate with vendors (print, scenic, AV, fabrication, staffing).
- Create detailed production timelines and contingency plans.
- Deliver projects on time and on budget without sacrificing creative ambition.
Amplification & Impact
- Design every activation with documentation in mind: photo, video, creator POV.
- Partner with content teams to package experiences for social and earned media.
- Track KPIs including reach, press hits, influencer engagement, social impressions, and community participation
Your Experience
- 5–8+ years as a producer in experiential marketing, street marketing, cultural campaigns, or public art.
- Experience executing urban visibility campaigns and managing field teams.
- Strong understanding of influencer culture and how IRL experiences translate to digital momentum.
- Strong vendor and creative network around the country
- Experience designing activations that balance authenticity with scalability.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, culturally sensitive environments.
- Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
- Passionate about using art, culture, and public space to drive social impact.
- Full health, dental, and vision coverage.
- Opportunities for travel to major events and cultural activations.
- Collaborative, mission-driven workplace that values creativity, culture, and impact.
