Loan Officer Assistant – Experienced
Location: Bucks or Montgomery County, PA
Pay: $20-$25/hourly + commission
Schedule: Full-time 40+ hours per week

Key Responsibilities
- Loan Operations & Client File Management
- Manage refinance transactions from start to finish
- Analyze borrower scenarios and apply lending guidelines
- Conduct full pre-approval reviews and prepare submission-ready files
- Review underwriting approvals, communicate stips with clients clearly and effectively
- Manage follow-ups on all outstanding documents
- Coordinate with title companies, processors, insurance agents, and other partners to ensure smooth closings
- Marketing & Client Engagement
- Assist in outreach efforts, drip campaigns, and book of business prospecting
- Oversee social media scheduling and content execution
- Help plan and manage marketing events and local campaigns
- Maintain and organize our database and CRM system for pipeline visibility
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience with minimum of 2 years as a Loan Officer Assistant or in a similar mortgage operations role - must have
- Strong understanding of both agency and government guidelines, NonQM experience is a plus
- Tech-savvy with CRM systems (e.g., Jungo, Follow up Boss) and social media platforms
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive communicator
- A team-first attitude, growth mindset, and a desire to work in a performance-driven partnership
- Comfortable with an incentive-based structure and flexible workflow
- Ability to commute to upper bucks county 5 days a week
