We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Customer Support Assistant to join our Louisville office. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth communication between our clients and internal teams while maintaining a high standard of service excellence. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support requests

  • Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and timelines

  • Assist in managing client records and maintaining updated documentation

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of issues

  • Monitor service performance and follow up to ensure client satisfaction

  • Support administrative functions related to customer accounts and reporting
