We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Customer Support Assistant to join our Louisville office. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support requests
Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and timelines

Monitor service performance and follow up to ensure client satisfaction
Support administrative functions related to customer accounts and reporting
