Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Engineer, Advisory to lead client interactions (including opportunities and bids) and project teams in providing advice and support with the asset management activities associated with business processes and change management.
The vision of the Asset Management team, within the Advisory Business Line, is of partnering with our clients to optimise and improve their business performance by offering integrated asset and information management, risk and reliability improvement services.
This role will support the successful delivery, profitability and strategic growth of our infrastructure asset management services, this could include sectors such as Transport, Defence, Water, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a passionate and committed professional with a background in project delivery, asset management and asset condition assessment. The successful candidate will provide support related to:
- Development of business and change management processes, related to Strategic Asset management, to deliver project outcomes for clients
- Development of a range of strategic, tactical, operational documents such as Asset Maintenance Plan, Asset Lifecycle Plans, Maintenance Strategies, Decision Making Frameworks and Strategic Asset management plan (SAMP)
- Provision of strategic and technical advice to clients
- Development of operational, maintenance and capital works programming
- Support Clients with whole of life Asset Management solutions
Qualifications
- A proven record of establishing and building relationships with asset owner clients and successfully delivering work so that repeat business is achieved
- Strategic and tactical thinking capability applied in asset management throughout asset lifecycle
- An understanding of Asset Management leading practices, frameworks and relevant standards
- Proven ability to plan and deliver a broad range of asset management, asset assessment and reliability improvement services
- You will have a strong interest and passion for developing integrated management solutions for our clients across their asset portfolio so that AECOM is seen as a pre-eminent provider of asset management services.
- A desire to grow strategic asset management consulting skills and to be recognised as a respected advisor to clients
