NPI Material and production planning

The planner will schedule material supply to meet NPI production requirements while maintaining minimum stock levels across all global sites. This includes managing Purchase Requisitions/Orders, addressing material shortages, allocating raw materials between Contract Manufacturing Sites (CMS), and following up on shipments.

The NPI Material and Production Planner team ensures row material availability to support NPI production plan in all sites with minimum stock levels

As a Material and Production Planner you will support NPI production plan based on SE products forecast for all our sub-contractor in world

We are looking for a self-motivated, independent employee to join the team.

What you will be doing:

Schedule the supply of materials to meet production requirements with minimum stock levels
Day-to-day PR/PO management including expedite Pos and push out when needed
Take actions in relation to material shortages that affect production
Allocation of RM between CMS
Follow up on shipments so make sure items deliver on time
Analyze ECOs and making sure implementation occurs and impact on orders
Running MRP and analysis result
Work closely with suppler to promoting material shortages
Consistently seeking new opportunities to improve processes

Requirements

SC in Industrial Engineering Management
Excellent knowledge in MS-office
Highly motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced business environment
Fast learner, Independent and autodidact
Knowledge of manufacturing process
Creative, be able to provide out of the box solutions
Capable of working under stress and set up priority of all open tasks
Excellent fluent English-Read/Write and Speaking
A team player
Strong analytical capabilities
