We are looking for a dedicated and curious Paint Technician who loves to learn, is passionate about excellence, and is driven to help both themselves and others grow. What You’ll Do
· Diagnose and troubleshoot paint defects, equipment issues, and process problems
· Analyze root causes and recommend effective corrective actions
· Stay current on emerging paint technologies, materials, and techniques
· Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality results
· Work alongside production team to share expertise and support the development of fellow team members
· Support development and documentation of process procedures.
· Participate in continuous improvement efforts across liquid/powder paint and preparation processes.
