Landscape Division Supervisor
Full-Time | Year-Round Position (No Seasonal Layoff)
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Division Supervisor to lead daily field operations while working hands-on with the crew. This role oversees workload scheduling, crew productivity, quality control, and winter snow operations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage people, plan efficiently, and perform in the field alongside the team.
Position Overview:
The Landscape Division Supervisor is responsible for leading daily field operations while working hands-on with the crew. This role oversees workload scheduling, crew productivity, quality control, and winter snow operations to ensure all services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
In addition to landscaping and snow removal, this division also supports property management clients with general labor services including apartment clean-outs, light demolition, and basic construction-related tasks. The Supervisor is responsible for organizing crews and managing workflow across all service lines.
This is a year-round leadership position requiring strong planning ability, adaptability, and the confidence to manage both routine maintenance routes and project-based work.
Snow removal experience is essential, as winter performance is a critical part of this division’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Scheduling
- Supervise and direct daily activities of field crew
- Plan and manage daily/weekly workload based on job scope and weather conditions
- Coordinate crew and equipment deployment during snow events
- Monitor productivity and adjust workflow to maintain efficiency
Field Operations:
- Perform mowing, trimming, pruning, mulching, hedge trimming, and light tree work
- Lead snow removal operations including plowing, shoveling, and salting
- Ensure job sites meet quality and safety standards
- Client & Equipment Management
- Serve as primary on-site contact for clients
- Communicate job progress and address concerns professionally
- Oversee equipment use and perform routine maintenance checks
- Enforce safety policies and proper PPE usage

Requirements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in landscaping and snow removal
- 2+ years of crew leadership or supervisory experience
- Demonstrated experience managing snow removal operations during storm events
- Strong organizational and workload scheduling skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Comfortable towing trailers and operating landscape equipment
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
