We are offering a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

  • $1,000 paid at start
  • $1,000 at 6 months of employment
  • $3,000 at 12 months of employment

Requirements

 What You Bring

  • Active state license as required for fire alarm work
  • NICET Level I (or higher) required; NICET Level II must be obtained within 12 months of hire
  • Minimum 2 years of fire alarm or low voltage experience
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Comfortable working independently or leading small crews
  • Professional communication skills in customer-facing environments
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience with clean agent fire suppression systems
  • Experience in access control, CCTV, AV, CATV, or structured cabling
  • Experience operating lifts and working at height

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
  • Ability to sit, stand, kneel, crouch, and climb for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights
  • Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in all seasons
  • Occasional overnight travel as required
