We are offering a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
- $1,000 paid at start

Requirements
What You Bring
- Active state license as required for fire alarm work
- NICET Level I (or higher) required; NICET Level II must be obtained within 12 months of hire
- Minimum 2 years of fire alarm or low voltage experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable working independently or leading small crews
- Professional communication skills in customer-facing environments
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing
Preferred but not required:
- Experience with clean agent fire suppression systems
- Experience in access control, CCTV, AV, CATV, or structured cabling
- Experience operating lifts and working at height
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Ability to sit, stand, kneel, crouch, and climb for extended periods
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in all seasons
- Occasional overnight travel as required
