Requirements
Hospice LPN Requirements:
- Education: Completion of a state-approved practical nursing program.
- Examination: Successful completion of the NCLEX-PN (National Council Licensure Examination for Practical Nurses).
- Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, valid auto insurance
- Current CPR and BCLS certification
- Minimum two years of experience as an LPN, hospice preferred
