Position Summary
The Manufacturing Manager plays a critical, hands-on leadership role in the production of aluminum honeycomb and composite structures at ACT’s Anaheim facility. This position oversees daily manufacturing operations, including composite lamination, honeycomb panel assembly, aerospace structural fabrication, and testing and inspection processes.


Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, operational discipline, and the ability to lead and develop a skilled production team. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, uphold rigorous quality standards, and ensure production objectives are achieved safely and consistently.

Requirements

  •  B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred, with at least 5 years of experience in a technically oriented company.
     
  • Prior manufacturing experience required, including management or supervisory responsibility.
     
  • Proficiency with ERP systems required.
