This Position is not Remote or Hybrid
Join Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair as an IT Technician and play a key role in the future of our team. You will work closely with all departments to maintain and improve the technical systems of our company and ensure all employees have the tools they need to complete their work.

Your Impact:
  • Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
  • Implement security measures
  • Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer, tablet, and phone problems
  • Install and update company software and hardware as needed
  • Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating items. Manage the IT department budget.
What You Provide:
  • Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software, and programming (Salesforce understanding is a plus.)
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Good organization, time management, and prioritization
  • Practical communication skills, including speaking, writing, and active listening
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Requirements

  • Customer support: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
  • IT support: 1 year (Required)
