What You’ll Do

  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance to Cadillac and OEM standards
  • Troubleshoot complex issues using advanced diagnostic tools
  • Service major vehicle systems, including:
    • Engines & transmissions
    • Suspension & steering
    • Braking systems
    • Electrical & A/C systems
  • Complete warranty repairs accurately and document work thoroughly
  • Partner with Service Advisors to provide clear updates and time estimates
  • Verify all repairs meet quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Journeyman-level technician experience in a dealership or similar environment
  • Strong diagnostic ability and understanding of manufacturer procedures
  • Efficient, accurate, and quality-focused work habits
  • ASE certifications preferred (continued training supported)
  • Professional, team-oriented mindset

Pay, Growth & Support

  • Annual Earnings: $118,000 – $123,000
  • Pay Structure: Flat-rate with performance and certification upside

Requirements

 

  • ASE certifications are ideal. 
  • Strong automotive background 
  • Strong teamwork skills 
  • Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written. 
  • Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.  
  • Must have a clean & valid driver's license.
