In This Role, You Will:
- Support onboarding programs for new hires
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately
- Direct employee inquiries to the appropriate HR team member
- Create HR communication and reports as required
- Ensure that company intranet and HRIS are kept up to date
- Coordinate employee engagement activities
- Other job duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to create clean, visually appealing documents or presentations in PowerPoint, Word, and Canva
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR role preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in HRIS or payroll systems preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
