About the Role

WE ARE HIRING!

We're seeking a a detail-oriented Payment Processor to join our Loan Servicing Department. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing loan payments and payoffs, and maintaining up-to-date loan records. As a Payment Processor you will contribute to Idaho Housing and Finance Association's operational goals by ensuring timely, compliant transaction processing and by fostering positive borrower relationships through responsive and knowledgeable service.


In This Role, You Will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and working to satisfy customer needs
  • Process incoming payments and payoffs, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Review and submit reimbursement requests to lenders/borrowers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Other job duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience in residential real estate lending, loan processing, or loan servicing preferred
  • Experience in accounting preferred
  • Strong organizational and customer relations skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
