Job Description
MedHealth Group is currently seeking an experienced Medical Engagement lead to join one of our businesses, Lex Medicus. The Medical Engagement Lead is required to actively manage and support relationships with Lex Medicus' panel of medical experts, through effective and efficient management of data, accurate record keeping and co-ordination and flow of information, contributing to recruitment support, consultant onboarding, and ongoing engagement to ensure consultant availability, capability, and satisfaction.
As a Medical Engagement Lead, you will ensure delivery of a high-quality consultant experience aligned with the Medical Engagement strategy and broader business objectives.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Professional management of information and data including analysing, organising and management
- Coordinate and oversee the onboarding and governance of new consultants through the structured management of information, documentation and data.
- Manage consultant scheduling data and related information to optimise utilisation, ensure accuracy, and support business decision-making in line with internal controls and engagement strategy.
- Create, maintain and govern consultant scheduling records within Practice Manager, ensuring data accuracy, version control, auditability and alignment with availability and operational needs.
- Manage consultant portal data, enquiries and resources, ensuring information is current, accessible, secure and compliant with privacy and governance requirements.
- Identify, analyse and report on risks, trends and opportunities arising from consultant data, scheduling and engagement activity to inform operational and strategic decision-making.
In this role you will work collaboratively with internal teams to coordinate consultant schedules, manage information systems and documentation, maintain accurate information and records, ensuring information is current, accessible, secure and compliant with company policy, privacy and governance requirements.
Qualifications
You will bring:
- Consultant acumen to drive business growth, profitability, quality initiatives and marketing activities
- Experience in Independent Medical Examinations (IME) or National Scheme related industries
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, including an exceptional capacity to build and manage relationships with tact and diplomacy
- Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate successful outcomes with consultants
- Strong attention to detail to meet compliance and legislative requirements
- Ability to interpret and analyse data to provide strategic advice
- Experience within legal, insurance or medical industry viewed favourably

Salary range $80,000 - $85,000 base depending on experience.
