About the Role
The Senior Project Coordinator role will provide analytical and project coordination support to the Elections Division, assisting with the planning, monitoring and delivery of projects that underpin major election events. Working closely with the Director, Integrity and Security, you will support risk monitoring, stakeholder engagement and project reporting in a fast-paced, time-critical environment. This role is central to ensuring project controls, governance and risk frameworks are effectively applied to safeguard the integrity and security of election operations across NSW.
The role is Temporary Full-time up to 30 June 2027.

Key knowledge, experience and essential requirements
- Proven experience providing project coordination and administrative support within a complex or time-critical environment
- Demonstrated ability to undertake research, analysis and reporting to support informed project planning and risk monitoring
- Knowledge of project management fundamentals, including governance, risk and issues management frameworks
- Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/campaigners
