Part of the MoOngy Group, agap2 is a European engineering and operational consultancy specialized in the industrial sector. <li>Drive new business by building strong, long-term client relationships with top-tier industrials in the Life Science sector.</li>
<li>Define engineering projects and services we can offer to our industrial partners</li>
<li>Recruit and lead a high-performing team of engineering consultants.</li>

<p><strong>🎯</strong> <strong>You’ll oversee three core areas of responsibility:</strong></p>
<p><strong><em>1. Business Development:</em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Identify and acquire new clients in the Life Science sector (includes cold-calling).</li>
<li>Define and execute sales strategies.</li>
<li>Lead business meetings with key decision-makers.</li>
<li>Negotiate contract terms with clients and candidates.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><em>2. Talent Acquisition:</em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Define recruitment strategies to attract top engineering talent.</li>
<li>Conduct interviews and assess candidates.</li>
<li>Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.</li>

<p><strong><em>3. Team Leadership:</em></strong></p>

<li>Build and manage your own team of consultants.</li>
<li>Support career development</li>
<li>Ensure consultants and clients satisfaction.</li>

<h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2>
<p>🧠 <strong>What You Bring:</strong></p>
<p>You don’t need years of experience—<strong>we'll teach you everything you need to succeed</strong>. What matters most is your mindset and motivation.</p>
<ul>
<li>Fluent in <strong>German</strong> and <strong>English</strong> (C1 minimum)</li>
<li>Conversational level in <strong>French</strong> (B1+ minimum)</li>
<li><strong>Engineering degree</strong> or <strong>MSc</strong> in Management, Economics or Business Administration.</li>
<li>You have between <strong>0-3 years'experience.</strong></li>
<li>Strong interest in <strong>Sales</strong>, <strong>Entrepreneurship</strong> and <strong>Engineering.</strong></li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas.</li>
</ul>
