Job Description
At Foody, we’re committed to ensuring that our riders, who play a vital role in our delivery process, have a smooth experience. We’re looking for a Rider Payments Specialist to manage rider payments and wallet systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial transactions.
What you will do:
Design, analyze, and optimize rider compensation strategies.
Maintain seamless payment operations, handling transactions with accuracy.
Collaborate with leadership to design and roll out strategic initiatives aimed at improving logistics performance and rider experience
Continuously evaluate the financial impact of payments models, ensuring they align with broader business goals.
Generate regular reports to make sure everything adds up, from rider earnings to payment schedules.
Keep an eye out for ways to make the payment process faster, smoother, and more efficient.
Qualifications
You’re comfortable working with numbers and can handle payments.
Attention to detail.
When an issue comes up, you’re quick to dive in and serve up a solution, making sure our riders stay happy.
Organized & Efficient. You keep things running, prioritizing tasks and managing your time wisely.
Fluent in English & Greek
Strong communication skills
Always ready to collaborate and share ideas.
Tech-savvy, with experience using spreadsheets, payment tools, or CRM systems.
Nice to Have:
Experience in tools like SQL and data visualization platforms.
Experience with payments, accounting, or financial operations is a plus.
Knowledge of financial regulations or payment systems.
